RBIC – Sr. Engineer/ Asst. Manager Electronics, shift operation - Maintenance(ABS/ESP9-MC9)

Overview

Lead shift operations maintenance for ABS/ESP production equipment in the Assembly/Deburring area, focusing on uptime, maintenance planning, spares, and cost/quality improvement.

What you'll do

• Maintain ABS/ESP production equipment in the Assembly/Deburring area.
• Improve OEE by controlling technical downtime.
• Plan and support preventive & predictive maintenance, scheduling, and resources.
• Ensure spare-part availability, including stock replenishment, alternate supplier development, and repairing critical spares.
• Install and commission CNC & SPM line equipment and manage obsolescence for old machine spares.
• Drive energy-consumption cost reduction and capacity improvement projects (e.g., CT reduction, OEE improvements).
• Reduce quality rejections caused by machine technical reasons and implement Industry 4.0/digitization/data analytics initiatives.

What you'll need

• 6 to 10 years of experience.
• B.E in Electronics or Mechatronics.
• Knowledge of CNC & SPM machine electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and controllers.
• Experience with PLC/CNC programming including CS2000, MTX, OSA3, and multi-axis servo systems.
• Knowledge of vision systems and systems such as stacking, torque system, greasing, and laser marking.
• Capabilities including prioritization, situation handling, staffing, competency management, contingency planning, and project management.
