Integrated Solutions Service Tech 1

Overview

Integrated Solutions Service Tech 1 is a service engineering role responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting building automation, fire detection & suppression, and electronic security systems to ensure reliability, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Install and commission building automation, fire alarm/suppression, and security systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and periodic system health checks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in control panels, sensors, wiring, and field devices.
• Provide customer support by understanding issues, meeting SLAs, and delivering solutions.
• Maintain service reports, maintenance logs, compliance records, and inventory/spare part tracking.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety standards and follow company safety protocols during service activities.

What you'll need

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in Fire & Safety Systems.
• 2–5 years of experience in Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control).
• 2–5 years of experience in Building Automation / Controls.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical & control systems.
• Knowledge of fire alarm panels (addressable & conventional), CCTV, Access Control systems, and PLC/BMS systems.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and control schematics.
• Good communication and customer-facing skills.
