Infra Engineer-HVAC

Overview

Infra Engineer (HVAC) for Property and Asset Management in Hyderabad, responsible for keeping building technical services operational during shift duty and coordinating engineering activities.

What you'll do

• Maintain electromechanical and utilities services on-site with the technician team.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control faults and lead investigations for recurring failures.
• Ensure HVAC-related installations and equipment comply with OSHA, NFPA, and regional policies.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and validation of new electrical equipment and facility upgrades.
• Manage AMCs/SLAs and ensure external contractors meet safety and quality standards.
• Conduct planned preventive maintenance (PPM), inspections, and maintain equipment documentation.

What you'll need

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in Real Estate/Hotel or Construction Industry.
• Analytical and meticulous approach for coordination across teams.
• Problem-solving skills to trouble shoot issues using logic.
• Knowledge of working procedures.

• Scheduled weekly hours: 48.
• Reporting line: Operations team; reports to the Property Manager/Technical Manager.
