Real Estate Sales Manager

About the role

We're looking for a driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead sales operations in Ahmedabad. You'll own the full sales cycle, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our residential and commercial properties.

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of properties and close deals with strong negotiation skills and market knowledge
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders to generate leads and repeat business
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets
• Conduct property showings, presentations, and site visits to prospective buyers and investors
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and price properties competitively

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in real estate sales or property sales
• Strong understanding of the Ahmedabad real estate market and local property dynamics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to close high-value deals
• Self-motivated, target-driven professional with a track record of meeting sales goals

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM tools and real estate management software
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of property transactions in India
