Record to Report Ops Associate

Overview

Record to Report Ops Associate in the Finance Operations vertical, supporting financial consolidation, close operations and the general ledger, and helping clients improve operational efficiency and balance sheet integrity.

What you'll do

• Post journal entries and review entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate and report open items.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and understand the end-to-end cash and bank process to identify gaps and resolve exceptions on time.
• Connect with multiple teams to understand and resolve bank clearing open items.
• Analyze variances and report or escalate issues or delays in bank reconciliation.
• Support month-end and year-end closing and prepare reports as required.
• Support audits.
• Review P&L account errors, omissions or inconsistencies and manage the preparation of all reports.
• Help the team's workload by managing your deliverables as an individual contributor within a predetermined scope.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Collections operations skills.
• Financial consolidation and close operations skills.
• Finance processes knowledge.
• Ability to handle disputes.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Month-end closing and reporting experience.
• Good Excel skills.
• Intercompany reconciliations, cut-off policies, transfer pricing policies, formal confirmation policy and procedure, dispute resolution policy and procedure, and general procedure.
