Regional Business Manager || Absure || Kolkata

Overview

Regional Business Manager for Abbott, responsible for sales planning, secondary and direct sales management, demand fulfillment, people leadership, and compliance within the assigned territory.

What you'll do

• Prepare a beat plan, allocate targets/inputs, monitor progress, and drive secondary sales.
• Induct and onboard Territory Business Managers (TBMs).
• Provide strategic input to territory target planning and long-term vision.
• Manage Abbott product sales to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly targets as decided with superiors.
• Maintain control of the regional sales operating budget and achieve sales volume/projections.
• Plan and ensure implementation of marketing strategies/campaigns (including CMEs/camps) in the region.
• Train, supervise, motivate, and develop TBMs to achieve company objectives and ensure compliance on sales force parameters.

What you'll need

• Minimum graduation qualification.
• Minimum 5 years prior experience in vaccine business.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role within that experience.
• Handled brand launches and subsequent stages.
• Excellent planning and operational skills.
• Ability to communicate fluently in the local language of the assigned territory (English desirable).
• Good computer knowledge, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email writing).
