Registrations, Analyst, Enterprise Advisory

Overview

Registrations Analyst in the Employee Registrations team of the Global Compliance Department, handling regulatory license applications and registrations for individuals across regions, including fit and properness checks and continuous professional training matters.

What you'll do

• Analyze, file, maintain and update qualification and employment records for all prospective and current employees.
• Maintain records for all registered employees of the Firm's serviced entities.
• Perform periodic review and analysis of departmental processes, procedures and policies.
• Demonstrate strong client-relations skills and partner with business and control functions to develop practical solutions that meet business needs while remaining compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide advice and training to employees regarding licensing, examination requirements and continuous professional training matters.

What you'll need

• University degree and/or professional qualification, preferably in Accounting, Law, Finance or Business.
• 0 to 2+ years professional experience in Registrations and Licensing at a financial institution.
• Experience in resolution of issues.
• Good communication skills, written and oral.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues across regions and Business Units.
• Experience in conducting fit and proper checks related to licensing and registrations.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information professionally and with appropriate discretion.
• Ability to use various PC, MS Office and internet applications.
• Ability to effectively handle a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of licensing requirements in other jurisdictions.

Details

• Location: Mumbai (Commerz III), India.
• Employment type: Full Time.
• Coverage: Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM India time, with flexibility on standard working hours for time-sensitive matters (including India public holidays).
• Periodic evening calls with US internal clients.
