Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Relationship Managers to join our team, specializing in Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing clients, while maintaining strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers for Home Loans and LAP.

• Build strong relationships with real estate agents, DSA partners, and other referral channels.

• Conduct field visits to understand customer requirements and explain product offerings.

• Assess financial statements and documents to evaluate loan eligibility.

• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets as per business plan.

• Manage end-to-end documentation and coordinate with internal departments for smooth processing.

• Follow up with existing and potential customers for repeat business and referrals.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales of Home Loans / LAP is mandatory.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.

• Knowledge of local markets and real estate ecosystem preferred.

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
