Overview

Retail Associate (Nike Direct Athlete) role for Dahisar, Mumbai, with openings across back-of-house (stock) and front-of-house associates.

What you'll do

• Provide world-class consumer service using Nike Direct Athlete service principles.
• Learn and support fundamentals of store Athlete roles, including service, visual presentation, and stockroom.
• Execute daily retail operations to ensure premium service and smooth store functioning.
• Cover store tasks including cash register operation, shipping and receiving, and stocking the floor.
• Perform cleaning duties and build visual displays when necessary.
• Model reliability and flexibility by working varied hours and days.

What you'll need

• Completed a secondary school qualification.
• Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Effective communication in verbal and written English.
• Ability to meet physical requirements: twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service mindset and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
