Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide customer service that’s helpful, positive, and solutions-focused.
• Build strong product understanding to recommend items that match customer needs and preferences.
• Support B2C sales by identifying opportunities, explaining benefits, and closing sales respectfully and confidently.
• Maintain an organized sales floor by following presentation and merchandising standards.
• Process transactions accurately and follow store policies for payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Assist with inventory-related tasks, including product replenishment and basic stock checks.
• Partner with team members to meet daily targets and contribute to an effective sales environment.
• Escalate customer issues appropriately and ensure problems are resolved with care and professionalism.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven Sales Skills with a strong orientation to B2C Sales.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles, demonstrating comfort with in-store customer interactions.
• Strong customer service mindset, including active listening and friendly communication.
• Ability to support sales management goals by staying focused, organized, and proactive during shifts.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in an OnSite retail schedule.
