Revenue Operations / GTM Engineer

Overview

Build the data, systems, experiments, and reporting that support Lyric's go-to-market engine. The role partners across Marketing and Revenue Operations as a hands-on builder.

What you'll do

• Define the ideal customer profile and build lead lists from market signals.
• Build fit and engagement scoring models.
• Run outbound experiments and scale successful approaches.
• Integrate enrichment and signal data into CRM and outreach systems.
• Maintain clean, deduplicated HubSpot and Salesforce data.
• Build actionable campaign and funnel reporting.
• Drive RFP/RFx content and internal GTM tooling projects.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in a SaaS company.
• Experience in RevOps, marketing ops, sales ops, or GTM engineering.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or a similar CRM.
• Experience with GTM automation and enrichment tools.
• Strong data hygiene and analytical thinking.
• Project management skills and clear written communication.
• Experience building lead lists, scoring, or enrichment workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Clay, Zapier, Make, or n8n.
