Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our software products and solutions, including ERP, HRMS, Accounting, GST, School ERP, Hospital ERP, and custom software solutions.

The role involves lead generation, client engagement, product presentation, and closing deals, with a strong focus on B2B customers such as SMEs, educational institutions, hospitals, and professional firms.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

📈 Sales Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, social media, and digital campaigns
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions
  • Conduct product demos and presentations (online/offline)
  • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
  • Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM or tracking systems
  • Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for smooth onboarding



📢 Marketing Responsibilities

  • Support digital marketing initiatives (LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp campaigns)
  • Promote webinars, demos, and marketing events
  • Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback
  • Assist in branding and promotional activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
