We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Hotel Concierge Solution Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in expanding our hotel client base by identifying potential hotels, initiating conversations, and presenting our innovative QR-based concierge solution. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity that offers flexibility, valuable experience, and the chance to contribute to the growth of our company.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential hotels (boutique, independent, mid-sized) within assigned cities or regions.
• Build and maintain a daily outreach pipeline through LinkedIn, email, and cold calls.
• Initiate conversations with hotel owners, general managers, and operations heads.
• Present the QR-based hotel concierge solution and explain its business benefits clearly.
• Schedule and coordinate product demos with interested prospects.
• Follow up consistently with warm leads to move them toward closure.
• Maintain and update lead tracking sheets/CRM with accurate status and notes.
• Handle basic objections and escalate complex queries when required.
• Share market feedback and competitor insights to improve sales positioning.
• Work towards weekly and monthly hotel onboarding targets (commission-based).
