About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing effective marketing strategies, and fostering strong relationships with our clients. As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and contribute to our continued success. Our Organisation is a manufacturing concern in the plastic recycling industry. Would prefer someone from the same industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
  • Manage and lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their success
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for the company
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts
  • Continuously seek opportunities to optimize sales and marketing processes and drive operational efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in sales and business development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Proficient in communication skills and protocols, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals while ensuring favorable terms for the company
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales and marketing expertise, including market analysis, campaign planning, and performance measurement
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to navigate complex situations and find innovative solutions
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a sales and marketing management role preferable in plastic recycling domain
