About the Job

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our diverse range of home loan and loan against property products, and driving sales through effective telecalling strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through telecalling to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable home loan and loan against property solutions
• Provide exceptional customer service and guide customers through the application and approval process
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings, including home loan and loan against property, to effectively educate and assist customers
• Actively participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Collaborate with the broader team to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1-5 years of experience in a similar sales or customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering positive customer outcomes
• Proficient in telecalling and comfortable with technology-driven sales processes
• Thorough understanding of home loan and loan against property products and their features
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and thrive under pressure
