Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator(Hindi Speaking) with strong experience in FMCG and sales coordination to support our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with sales teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of orders and business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales team for order processing and execution
• Handle client communication and follow-ups (Hindi & English mandatory)
• Manage order tracking, dispatch, and delivery coordination
• Maintain MIS reports, sales data, and documentation
• Support procurement and vendor coordination activities
• Follow up on payments, invoices, and reconciliation
• Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
• Monitor market trends and support business operations

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales Coordination
• Experience in FMCG industry preferred (not mandatory)
• Strong understanding of sales processes
• Hindi language proficiency is mandatory
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
