About the Job

We are seeking an experienced SDR Lead with a strong background in IT Staffing or SaaS sales to drive outbound lead generation and manage a high-performing SDR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B prospecting, client acquisition, and using modern sales tools.


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage a team of SDRs focused on Staffing / SaaS lead generation
  • Drive outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, cold emails, and calling
  • Generate and qualify leads for IT staffing services or SaaS solutions
  • Identify and connect with decision-makers (HRs, Hiring Managers, CXOs)
  • Leverage platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
  • Collaborate with Account Managers / Sales team for conversions
  • Track team performance, set targets, and ensure KPI achievement
  • Optimize outreach strategies based on response and conversion rates


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 3+ years of experience in Staffing or SaaS Sales
  • Proven track record in B2B lead generation / outbound sales
  • Strong understanding of: IT Staffing (contract/permanent hiring) OR SaaS sales cycles and client acquisition
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Email automation tools (Apollo, Lemlist, etc.)
  • Freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer.com)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team handling and mentoring experience
