Sales Executive

About the role

We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our construction company in Bangalore. You'll be responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, conducting site visits, and closing residential and commercial building projects from inquiry through delivery. This is a hands-on role that combines telecalling, client relationship management, and on-ground coordination.

What you'll do

• Execute telecalling and follow-up campaigns to engage potential clients and convert leads into opportunities
• Source new clients through online and offline channels, including digital platforms, referrals, and market research
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, understand their project requirements, and provide tailored solutions for residential or commercial building projects
• Coordinate and attend site visits with prospective clients, explaining project specifications and addressing concerns
• Collect and document project-related data, maintain accurate records, and support the sales pipeline from enquiry to project closure
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

What we're looking for

• 1+ years of proven experience in sales, telecalling, or client handling (construction or real estate experience preferred)
• Basic to intermediate construction industry knowledge with ability to understand residential and commercial building project requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is a bonus)
• Proactive, confident, and results-oriented mindset with ability to handle client objections and negotiate effectively
• Willingness to travel for site visits and on-ground client engagement as required
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
