Sales Executive

About the role

We're seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth in our water treatment business. You'll own territory-based B2B sales, build lasting customer relationships, and expand our dealer network across the water industry.

What you'll do

• Generate new business opportunities and manage outbound sales calls to prospective customers and business associates
• Conduct regular field visits to assigned territories, promoting water treatment products and explaining technical features to clients
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations to explain features, benefits, and applications in the water treatment sector
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in CRM software, ensuring data integrity and visibility
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer support
• Identify market gaps and expand the dealer and customer network within your territory

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in water treatment, pumps, pipes, industrial products, or related sectors
• B.Sc., ITI Diploma, or Engineering Diploma qualification
• Fluency in Hindi, English, and local language; ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical customers
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory

Nice to have

• Prior experience in water treatment or industrial product sales
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales analytics
• Established network of contacts in the water industry
