Sales Executive

About the Job

We are hiring a Sales Executive for a Full-time role with OnSite work flexibility. In this position, you will drive business growth by identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and converting leads into sales for industrial products and services. You will work closely with the sourcing and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are understood clearly and addressed promptly. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable with field outreach, and passionate about achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct field sales activities to generate leads, promote industrial product offerings, and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular follow-ups and value-focused communication.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to support technical and product-related clarifications.
• Present product/service options effectively, prepare quotations, and support the closure process from inquiry to order confirmation.
• Track sales performance, report leads and conversion status, and work toward monthly/quarterly targets.
• Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and promotional activities to strengthen market presence.
• Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities, customer records, and pipeline progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Sales Skills with proven ability to convert leads and achieve sales objectives.
• Sound knowledge of Sales & Marketing fundamentals, including lead generation and follow-up strategies.
• Experience or comfort with Field Sales in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic understanding of B2B customer needs, industrial procurement workflows, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage priorities while working independently on customer assignments.
