Sales Executive

We are hiring a Sales Executive for a Full-time role with an OnSite work arrangement. In this position, you will drive revenue growth by proactively identifying prospects, engaging decision-makers, and converting leads into long-term customer relationships. You’ll work closely with internal teams to strengthen product knowledge, support sales initiatives, and ensure targets are consistently met. Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct lead generation through telemarketing, networking, and structured outreach to build a strong pipeline.
• Perform field sales activities, including meeting customers, understanding requirements, and promoting suitable offerings.
• Use excellent communication skills to present products confidently and handle objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and progress in the sales tracking system.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to support sales and business development strategies and campaigns.
• Support sales management activities by providing weekly updates, feedback, and insights from customer interactions.
• Develop and apply strong product knowledge to ensure recommendations align with customer needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven Sales Skills with the ability to convert leads into customers.
• Experience or strong capability in Telemarketing and outbound customer engagement.
• Demonstrated ability in lead generation and maintaining a consistent sales pipeline.
• Strong understanding of field sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Ability to learn and apply Product Knowledge quickly.
• Strong (verbal and written) and persuasive negotiation style.
