Sales Executive

About the Job

As a Sales Associate in our Education Sales industry, you’ll help working professionals discover management programs that align with their career goals. This Full Time role is OnSite in Mumbai (work from office) with shift hours from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. You’ll be contacting leads from provided data, following an end-to-end sales process, and working closely with the team to consistently hit monthly targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Connect with professionals already working and guide them to choose the right programs to enhance their careers.
• Call leads from the data and convince them to join relevant programs.
• Explain management courses clearly and match offerings to each candidate’s needs.
• Maintain candidate engagement through follow-up calls, emails, and regular touchpoints.
• Track and manage all interested prospects to ensure no opportunity is missed.
• Drive sales performance by ensuring you meet the monthly targets.
• Follow the defined process before and after closing a sale.
• Collaborate with the team to increase conversions and support overall revenue goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation/Post Graduation (required).
• 0–3 years of work experience; freshers are welcome up to 3 years exposure.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Self-driven attitude with the ability to motivate yourself and pursue goals.
• Strong passion for sales and comfort in a competitive environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly, learn from feedback, and continuously improve performance.
• Target-oriented mindset focused on consistent results and follow-through.
