Sales Executive

We are hiring a Sales Executive on a Contract basis for an OnSite role. In this position, you will drive customer engagement, generate leads, and support the full sales cycle—from identifying prospects to closing deals. If you enjoy competitive environments, building relationships, and turning conversations into measurable results, this role is designed for you. You’ll work closely with the sales team to improve pipeline quality, strengthen our B2C customer base, and consistently meet targets through strategic outreach and effective follow-up.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive lead generation by identifying and targeting new B2C prospects through research and outreach.
• Conduct telemarketing and customer conversations to qualify leads, understand needs, and recommend appropriate offerings.
• Manage the sales pipeline end-to-end: follow-ups, scheduling, closing, and updating lead/status records.
• Use strong negotiation skills to handle objections and secure commitments while maintaining company standards.
• Achieve and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to improve retention, referrals, and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate information flow.
• Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement.

• Proven sales skills with a strong ability to convert leads into customers.
• Experience in sales and business development, with comfort owning targets.
• Demonstrated success in B2C sales and customer-facing roles.
