Sales Executive

About the role

HDFC Bank is hiring a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and build lasting client relationships in Hyderabad. This is a high-energy, customer-facing role where you'll convert leads into loyal customers and exceed sales targets through persistence and strong interpersonal skills.

What you'll do

• Identify, approach, and convert potential customers into active HDFC Bank clients
• Present banking products and services (savings accounts, loans, credit cards, investment products) to prospects and existing customers
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, and field visits
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client queries to ensure satisfaction and retention

What we're looking for

• Any graduate (bachelor's degree or equivalent); fresher or experienced candidates both welcome
• Excellent communication skills in English and local language (Telugu preferred)
• Strong sales drive, self-motivation, and ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
• Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and attend walk-in interviews

Nice to have

• Prior experience in banking, financial services, or retail sales
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
