As a Sales Executive in a Contract role with OnSite work flexibility, you’ll help drive customer growth by acquiring, engaging, and onboarding new clients for Moove’s technology-enabled auto finance and vehicle ownership solutions. This role blends proactive sales activity with hands-on onboarding expertise—ensuring prospects are well-qualified, the right solution is presented, and customers experience a smooth transition onto the platform. Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition by generating leads and converting prospects through consultative selling.
• Conduct cold calling and telemarketing to reach potential customers and key decision-makers.
• Understand customer needs and articulate Moove’s value proposition across both B2C Sales and B2B Sales scenarios.
• Build rapport, manage relationships, and maintain strong follow-ups to improve conversion rates.
• Lead the end-to-end onboarding process—collecting required information, coordinating next steps, and ensuring timely activation.
• Support the sales funnel by maintaining accurate records of leads, deal progress, and onboarding status.
• Achieve agreed sales targets through structured lead generation and continuous pipeline development.
• Apply negotiation skills and persuasive communication to secure agreements and reduce drop-offs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong excellent communication skills with the confidence to present clearly and persuasively.
• Proven sales skills and sales expertise, with experience across Sales & Marketing activities.
• Ability to execute cold calling, telemarketing, and high-volume outreach.
• Demonstrated B2C Sales and B2B Sales abilities, including qualifying and closing opportunities.
• Results-driven lead generation mindset, with strong pipeline management habits.
• Outstanding convincing skills and comfort handling objections through structured conversations.
• Solid negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
