Sales Executive

About the Job

We are hiring a Sales Executive for a Full-time role with OnSite working arrangement. In this position, you will drive growth by identifying prospects, engaging decision-makers, and converting leads into qualified opportunities. You’ll play an active role in daily outreach through telecalling and cold calling, while also supporting sales and business development efforts to help the team meet its targets. Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct telecalling and cold calling to generate leads and build a clean pipeline.
• Engage with potential customers in B2B sales conversations to understand needs and qualify opportunities.
• Present products/services effectively and work toward converting prospects to sales or scheduled meetings.
• Follow up consistently with leads through appropriate channels to ensure timely progression in the funnel.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, lead statuses, and sales activity reports to support forecasting.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies, scripts, and conversion approaches.
• Support sales and business development initiatives to expand existing relationships and discover new accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven Sales Skills with a strong drive to meet targets and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Excellent Communication Skills, including confident speaking and active listening.
• Experience or strong interest in B2B Sales and selling value to business decision-makers.
• Ability to handle Telecalling and Telemarketing activities with professionalism.
• Comfort with Cold Calling and overcoming objections through persuasive communication.
• Strong understanding of the fundamentals of Sales and Business Development, including follow-ups and pipeline management.
