Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients by understanding needs, solving problems, and presenting tailored solutions.
• Identify new sales opportunities through market research and strong area knowledge of customer segments.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, track follow-ups, and report performance to ensure targets are met.
• Use effective communication and convincing skills to position products/services and handle objections confidently.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely quotations, smooth onboarding, and strong customer experience.
• Contribute to business development initiatives by sharing insights on competitor activity and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Sales Skills with demonstrated B2B Sales and the ability to close deals.
• Experience with cold calling, outreach planning, and lead conversion strategies.
• Proven Sales and Business Development ability, including prospecting, relationship building, and account growth.
• Solid Sales Expertise with comfort in targets, KPIs, and pipeline management.
• Excellent convincing skills and clear communication in customer interactions.
• Good understanding and application of area knowledge to drive localized outreach and customer mapping.
