About the role
Own the final conversation with TED's highest-value wedding leads—deals ranging ₹3CR to ₹10CR+—and turn qualified interest into signed contracts. You'll work with pre-qualified, tiered leads from our telecalling team, running discovery, presenting our venue portfolio and AI recommendations, negotiating terms, and closing deals while protecting margin. This is a relationship-intensive, high-touch role where credibility and follow-up discipline directly drive revenue.
What you'll do
- Take over Tier 1 (₹3CR+) and ultra-priority leads once qualified by the telecalling team, running discovery calls and in-person meetings to understand the couple's vision, budget, and destination preferences
- Present TED's portfolio and Venue Matchmaker AI recommendations persuasively, positioning our venues credibly against competitors
- Negotiate scope, pricing, and contract terms while protecting margin; close deals and manage multi-stakeholder decision-making (couples, families, external planners)
- Maintain structured relationships through the sales cycle—many high-ticket deals involve weeks of follow-up and multiple touchpoints; demonstrate discipline in tracking and progressing opportunities
- Feed structured notes into the CRM (Google Sheets) so the founder and team have full visibility into deal status, objections, and next steps
- Hit monthly and quarterly closing targets aligned with TED's revenue goals; track pipeline health and forecast revenue accurately
What we're looking for
- 3–6+ years in luxury sales, hospitality, real estate, or high-ticket B2C; proven track record closing deals in the ₹1CR+ range with HNI/UHNI clients
- Confident, articulate, and credible in person and on video calls—you represent the brand at the final and most critical stage of the sales cycle
- Strong follow-up discipline and organisational habits; ability to juggle multiple high-value deals in various stages without dropping threads
- Comfortable with a base + commission structure where upside is tied directly to closed deal value; motivated by genuine earning potential
- Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi, with flexibility to travel to meet clients in person
Nice to have
- Experience in wedding planning, event management, or luxury hospitality
- Familiarity with AI-driven recommendation tools or venue-matching platforms
- Track record of building long-term relationships with repeat or referral clients
