We are hiring an Indoor Sales Executive for a Full-time role with OnSite working arrangement. In this position, you will drive revenue growth by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable solutions effectively. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to turn leads into confirmed orders, maintain strong customer relationships, and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly targets. Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify inbound leads, ensuring prompt follow-up and clear communication throughout the sales cycle.
• Deliver compelling product/service presentations, demonstrating value through strong sales and negotiation techniques.
• Convert customer requirements into actionable proposals, maintaining accurate records of quotes, orders, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and improve lead conversion through better targeting.
• Handle objections professionally and confidently, using product knowledge and consultative selling to close deals.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Support internal coordination for order processing, ensuring timely handoffs and smooth customer experiences.
