Sales Executive

About the role

Promunim is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our Hadapsar branch and own the full field sales cycle. You'll build and nurture client relationships, hit targets, and grow our revenue through direct customer engagement and strategic account management.

What you'll do

• Execute field sales activities across assigned territory, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular visits and follow-ups
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, product demonstrations, and proposals to close deals
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate pipeline and CRM records
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction post-sale

What we're looking for

• 2–3 years of proven field sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment
• Self-motivated, results-driven professional with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory and work on-site at our Hadapsar branch

Nice to have

• Experience in the manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial products sector
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
