Sales Executive

About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive (Night Shift) to join our team on a Full-time basis with an OnSite working arrangement. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and converting leads through a consultative sales approach. You’ll work across the sales cycle—from prospecting and cold calling to negotiation and closing—ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities. Roles & Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales process.
• Conduct cold calling and outreach to prospects, consistently meeting daily/weekly activity and conversion targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through excellent communication skills and consultative engagement.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions while clearly articulating product/service value.
• Handle negotiation discussions professionally to achieve win-win outcomes and improve deal terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely updates, and customer satisfaction.
• Track sales performance, report on pipeline health, and refine strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Support international sales efforts where required, ensuring a consistent brand and messaging experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Business Development with strong sales expertise and pipeline management.
• Ability to work in Night Shifts.
• Strong communication skills with confident english communication (verbal and written).
• Demonstrated convincing skills to persuade stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Solid negotiation skills and ability to close deals while maintaining customer relationships.
• Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Comfort working with targets and a structured sales process, using data to guide improvements.
• Ability to handle international sales conversations professionally and align messaging across markets.
