Sales Executive

About the role

We're hiring a self-motivated Sales Executive to drive sales in the water treatment sector. This is a high-pressure, high-reward role based in Bangalore where you'll own customer relationships, close deals, and grow revenue in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the water treatment industry and related sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and site visits
• Present product solutions and negotiate deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Manage assigned territory and maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Handle client objections and convert leads into long-term business partnerships

What we're looking for

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets
• Valid two-wheeler and driving licence (compulsory — you'll be traveling to client sites)
• Fluent in English and Kannada; Telugu is a plus, basic Hindi is an advantage
• Professional appearance with formal dress code compliance and proper grooming standards
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage a demanding sales pipeline

Nice to have

• Prior experience in water treatment, industrial supplies, or B2B sales
• Telugu or Hindi language proficiency
• Experience with CRM tools or sales management software
