Job Description
About the role
We're looking for an energetic Sales Intern to join our team in Noida and take the lead on client communications and onboarding. You'll work directly with both India and International clients, helping them get set up and building strong relationships from day one.
What you'll do
- Communicate with prospective and existing clients across India and International markets to understand their needs
- Onboard new clients by guiding them through setup processes and ensuring a smooth experience
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular contact to nurture relationships
- Prepare and send client proposals, contracts, and relevant documentation
- Assist the sales team in tracking client interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
What we're looking for
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally
- Enthusiasm for sales and a genuine interest in building client relationships
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM from our Noida Sector 63 office
- Basic proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and willingness to learn sales tools quickly
Nice to have
- Prior experience in customer service or sales roles
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Experience working with international clients or in a multicultural environment
