Sales Manager

About the Job

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our field and B2C sales efforts and drive sustainable revenue growth. This Full-time role is OnSite, where you will build pipeline through proactive lead generation, coach execution in the field, and ensure consistent sales target achievement. You’ll play a key part in shaping go-to-market activities, strengthening customer relationships, and closing high-impact deals that support business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales execution, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure.
• Develop and implement strategic planning for territory growth, customer acquisition, and revenue forecasting.
• Drive field sales activities by managing daily execution plans, sales call strategies, and on-ground follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2C customers to improve conversion rates and retention.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through structured pipeline management and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure pricing, proposals, and customer needs are handled efficiently and accurately.
• Identify market trends and competitor activities, then translate insights into actionable sales initiatives.
• Coach and support team members (where applicable) with scripts, objection handling, and closing techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2C Sales with a strong record of sales target achievement.
• Demonstrated ability in deal closure, negotiation, and converting opportunities into revenue.
• Experience with lead generation and pipeline building through proactive outreach.
• Hands-on Field Sales experience with the ability to plan and execute on-site activities.
• Strong strategic planning skills, including forecasting, prioritization, and territory management.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer-centric problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the discipline to drive consistent results.
