Sales Operations: Senior Manager :Brand EMI & Subvention :Noida

Overview

Own collections for the EMI affordability business with brand partners such as Samsung Mobile and Vivo, covering the full cycle from monthly reconciliation with Finance through MIS reporting, invoicing, payment tracking and collection.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with Finance to complete reconciliation for each brand, identify mismatches and drive them to closure with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure reconciliation is signed off before invoicing, and maintain records of open items, root causes and resolutions.
• Create and maintain brand-wise MIS covering reconciliation status, invoicing, outstanding amounts and collections, and publish periodic MIS to business, Sales and Finance leadership.
• Track receivables ageing, delays and recurring disputes, and flag risks early.
• Coordinate with brands, Sales Managers and Finance to raise accurate, on-time invoices after reconciliation closure, ensuring brand and compliance requirements (documentation, approvals, tax details).
• Follow up on invoice acceptance and queries.
• Track brand-wise amounts invoiced, received, pending and ageing, and run a structured follow-up process for timely collection.
• Escalate delayed or disputed payments and work with Finance to match receipts against invoices.
• Act as single point of coordination between Finance, Sales, Business teams and brand partners, building strong relationships with brand counterparts.
• Manage multiple brands and timelines in parallel.

What you'll need

• 6-12 years of experience.
• Hands-on monthly reconciliation and invoicing experience.
• Understanding of invoicing, GST and basic accounting.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets (pivots, lookups, reconciliation models) and MIS; exposure to dashboards.
• Strong coordination and follow-up across internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail in resolving reconciliation mismatches.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including with brand finance and senior stakeholders.
• Ownership of multiple brands and deadlines in a monthly cycle.
• Negotiation and escalation skills to close disputes and pending payments.
