We are seeking a talented Sales/Real Estate Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with clients in the real estate industry. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will leverage your exceptional communication skills, lead generation expertise, and deep understanding of the B2B sales process to achieve outstanding results.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the real estate market
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate leads and convert them into clients
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and actively manage the sales cycle
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service and support
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns to reach new prospects
• Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Continuously expand your knowledge of the real estate industry and stay up-to-date with market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 0 to 1 years of relevant experience in sales, real estate, or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in COMMUNICATION, Lead Generation, B2B Sales, Sales & Marketing, Real Estate, Sales Skills, and Outbound Sales
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding KPIs
• Proficient in using sales and marketing tools, such as CRM software and data analytics platforms
• Passion for the real estate industry and a desire to contribute to the company's growth
