Overview
Salesforce Business Analyst to engage stakeholders, refine requirements, and design Salesforce solutions for client needs.
What you'll do
- Engage customer stakeholders to understand desired business outcomes and define success criteria.
- Lead discovery and requirements refinement sessions across business, functional, and technological areas.
- Synthesize requirements into user stories and solution design documentation.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client requirements.
- Develop solutions using declarative Salesforce configuration, data modeling, integrations, and automation.
- Draft development specifications and support delivery/testing with development resources.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree (or relevant experience substitution).
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience.
- At least 1 current Salesforce certification (Admin, App Builder, and/or Sales/Service/Community Clouds) is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with declarative automation features including Salesforce Lightning Flow Builder.
- Experience building applications with Salesforce Lightning low-code features.
- US citizenship is required contractually.

- Work mode: Hybrid environment (selected candidate must be able to work in a hybrid environment).
- Travel required: Up to 10%.
