Overview
Part-time Salesforce Developer role focused on designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Develop and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.
- Build and enhance Lightning Web Components using JavaScript and Apex.
- Configure and automate Salesforce using custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, Flows, and page layouts.
- Create and execute unit tests and integration tests to support release readiness.
- Manage security and access controls (profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules).
- Support code promotion and deployments via Change Sets, ANT, and CI/CD tools like Gearset and Jenkins.
What you'll need
- Salesforce certifications required, including Salesforce Platform Developer.
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience developing and managing applications on the Salesforce Platform.
- Strong understanding of Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework, Flow, and Apex controllers/triggers.
- Extensive hands-on Apex development experience, including test classes and asynchronous processing.
- Hands-on Lightning Web Components experience (JavaScript-based UI/UX enhancements).
- Proficiency building complex Salesforce Flows and automation via declarative tools.
- Experience delivering deployments and version control using Gearset and CI/CD best practices.

- Remote part-time role; 20 hours/week for a 5-month project.
- Candidates must reside in specific U.S. states or Washington, DC.
