Overview
Salesforce Developer (Partnerships) to design, build, and maintain Salesforce capabilities powering Partnerships, including deal registration, partner attribution, and co-sell operations.
What you'll do
- Design and build Partnerships infrastructure in Salesforce (deal registration, conflict detection, attribution, account hierarchy).
- Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow automation.
- Build and own integrations between Salesforce and partner-ecosystem systems (e.g., cloud marketplaces, PRM tools, middleware).
- Configure partner-facing portals with sharing, visibility, and license-model design.
- Use Claude and internal AI tooling as part of writing, reviewing, and shipping code.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to support partner performance reporting and model decisions.
- Coordinate release management with DevOps using sandbox strategy and SFDX/metadata deployment tooling.
What you'll need
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Flow in a production org.
- Experience with partner/channel functionality such as deal registration, partner portals, attribution models, or co-sell opportunity management.
- Integration experience connecting Salesforce to external platforms via REST/Bulk APIs and middleware or direct callouts.
- Fluency with SFDX, source-controlled metadata, and sandbox-to-prod release with peer review.
- Active use of AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, or similar) with the ability to steer/verify outputs.
- Basic SQL skills and comfort working alongside a data warehouse.
Details
- Location-based hybrid policy: expected to be in an office at least 25% of the time.
