Salesforce Developer

Overview

Salesforce Developer to build and support systems for Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Professional Services. The role spans Apex/Lightning development, declarative configuration, troubleshooting, and requirements work.

What you'll do

• Develop Agentforce features including custom invocable Apex actions, prompt templates, and grounding logic.
• Build an API layer using Apex REST and GraphQL/Connect API usage.
• Implement OAuth 2.0 flows for authentication and secret handling.
• Contribute to the delivery pipeline using SFDX, scratch orgs, and automated Apex test execution in CI.
• Work with stakeholders to refine business requirements and translate objectives into solutions.
• Diagnose and fix production issues using logs, debug logs, Event Monitoring, and related data.

What you'll need

• 5+ years building on the Salesforce platform with hands-on Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
• API development experience on Salesforce, including custom Apex REST/SOAP, Connect REST API, or GraphQL.
• Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0 on Salesforce (connected apps and JWT bearer/client credentials flows, Named/External Credentials).
• Experience with asynchronous Apex (Queueable, Batch, Platform Events) and knowledge of governor limits and bulkification.
• Secure coding practices on the platform including CRUD/FLS enforcement and SOQL injection prevention.
• Source-driven development using SFDX and Git.
• Clear written communication for design docs, API specs, and explanations for non-developer stakeholders.
