SAP - ABAP - Senior Associate

Overview

As an SAP ABAP Senior Associate, you will support client engagements within the Digital Core Modernisation network. The role combines SAP development, business transformation, client relationship management, and team leadership.

What you'll do

• Manage multiple client engagements and report to senior management.
• Lead and train junior staff.
• Build and maintain effective client relationships.
• Use ABAP for process improvement and optimization.
• Implement SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori initiatives.
• Collaborate on technology planning and business transformation projects.
• Identify and research new client opportunities through business development.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience.
• At least a bachelor's degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in ABAP.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience with SAP Fiori.
• Analytical thinking for solving complex business issues.

Nice to have

• SAP certifications in S/4HANA System Administration, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture.
• Experience with SAP HANA.
• Experience in business transformation initiatives.
• Experience in strategic technology planning and process optimization.
