SAP -Ai Engineers - Senior Associate

Overview

Design and develop GenAI and agentic AI solutions for SAP and enterprise use cases, with a focus on production-ready delivery, RAG-based approaches, Python development, and integration with SAP data, APIs, and technical landscapes.

What you'll do

• Design and deploy SAP-focused GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for finance technology use cases
• Build retrieval-augmented generation workflows using SAP data, technical documentation, and knowledge repositories
• Develop Python-based AI services, APIs, and reusable accelerators for enterprise delivery programs
• Integrate large language models with SAP applications, enterprise data sources, and cloud AI platforms
• Implement multi-agent orchestration, graph-based memory, and context-aware reasoning patterns
• Create evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, groundedness, performance, and model reliability
• Apply software engineering practices across version control, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and security
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable AI solutions that support SAP transformation efforts
• Review deliverables from junior team members and guide their work across assigned AI engineering tasks

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• At least one of the following: one or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
• Demonstrating SAP GenAI and Agentic AI solution delivery
• Building RAG applications using enterprise SAP data
• Applying Python for reusable AI services and APIs
• Integrating LLMs with SAP BTP and S/4HANA environments
• Translating client requirements into production-ready AI deliverables
