We are seeking a SAP Ariba Upstream (S2C) Consultant to join our team on a Full-time basis with a Hybrid work arrangement. In this role, you will help design, implement, and optimize end-to-end procure-to-cash integration scenarios within the SAP Ariba ecosystem, ensuring seamless upstream collaboration between business stakeholders, ERP systems, and suppliers. You will translate business requirements into scalable solutions, support process excellence, and contribute to successful project delivery from discovery through go-live and continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Ariba Upstream (S2C) solution design for procurement-to-cash upstream workflows, including configuration and integration considerations.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; map them to functional design and system behavior across Ariba components.
• Configure and support upstream processes such as supplier collaboration touchpoints, data synchronization, and workflow alignment with enterprise standards.
• Design and validate integrations between SAP and Ariba systems (e.g., APIs, middleware patterns, and data flows) to ensure stable data exchange.
• Perform solution testing support (functional/integration), assist in troubleshooting, and coordinate remediation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business process owners, technical teams, and integration specialists) to drive delivery milestones.
• Support change management activities, including knowledge transfer, documentation, and user enablement for adopted processes.
• Improve process performance by monitoring outcomes, identifying gaps, and recommending enhancements for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Strong expertise in SAP Ariba Upstream (S2C)

✅ Hands-on experience with Ariba Sourcing & Contracts

✅ Integration with SAP S/4HANA using CIG

✅ Knowledge of SAP MM, Ariba Network & Supplier Enablement

✅ Experience in master data integrations between SAP ECC/S/4HANA and Ariba
