Overview

Support CRM Product Owner, CRM Capability Experts, and the C4C team for SAP C4C/Sales & Service solutions. Create training documentation, deliver end-user trainings, and assist with testing, implementation, documentation, and data quality.

What you'll do

• Provide support to the Product Owner, CRM Capability Experts, and the C4C team.
• Support Sales and Service modules to end users across countries and regions.
• Coordinate across departments to support Sales and Service Cloud implementation.
• Create, maintain, and improve SAP C4C training documentation.
• Organize and deliver trainings to SAP C4C end-users.
• Support testing activities including user department testing, regression, UAT, and integration testing.
• Conduct data imports (manual and automated), document processes/interfaces, and perform data quality checks.

What you'll need

• University degree in Business Administration, Organizational Sciences, Economics, or similar with IT focus.
• At least 4 years’ experience with CRM Sales and/or Service solution (SAP preferred, with other CRMs acceptable).
• Experience in CRM solution implementation (mandatory).
• Experience in CRM support processes (mandatory).
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience with JIRA or similar tracking tool.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
