Workday support analyst, 2PM -11PM IST (Remote, IND)

Overview

Workday Support Analyst for Workday HCM, Recruiting, and related modules, providing production support and improving support processes.

What you'll do

• Resolve Workday Production Support cases from HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams while meeting SLA and resolution targets.
• Perform light configurations and enhancements such as notifications, alerts, validations, help text, and document updates.
• Execute routine system tasks including security assignments, creating locations and cost centers, and processing bulk transactions via EIBs.
• Collect evidence for Workday SOX controls for Internal Audit.
• Test and validate configurations, coordinating UAT and obtaining sign-off before Production deployment.
• Monitor system health by reviewing integration errors and escalate technical issues when needed.

What you'll need

• 3-4 years of hands-on Workday HCM experience in a system support or analyst role.
• 1+ year of hands-on Workday Recruiting experience to support recruiting workflows and troubleshoot issues.
• Customer service excellence with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical proficiency with EIB data loads, Excel for data analysis, and ticketing systems.
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and maintain ticket queues.
• Experience writing and maintaining SOPs, process guides, and system documentation.
