SAP Fiori / SAPUI5 Developer

Overview

Design and develop SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 applications with strong JavaScript and SAP integration skills.

What you'll do

• Develop free-style SAPUI5 applications with dynamic view/page generation.
• Build responsive UI aligned with SAP Fiori design guidelines.
• Implement complex JavaScript logic using async/await and Promises.
• Develop and consume OData Services (V2 & V4) for frontend-backend integration.
• Extend standard Fiori Elements applications based on business requirements.
• Configure SAP Fiori Launchpad (Spaces & Pages) and manage apps via Content Manager.
• Debug and optimize SAPUI5 application performance and collaborate on backend integration/data modeling.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in free-style SAPUI5 application development for scalable, high-performance apps.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) including async/await and Promises.
• Experience with OData Services (V2 & V4) for frontend-backend integration.
• Experience configuring Fiori Spaces & Pages and managing apps in Fiori Launchpad Content Manager.
• Skills in extending Fiori Elements and debugging SAPUI5 performance (e.g., performance tracing/optimization).
• Familiarity with development tools (SAP BAS, VS Code, or SAP Web IDE) and Git-based version control.
