SAP GTS-Senior Manager

Overview

Lead SAP Global Trade Services client engagements within PwC's Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice, advising on trade compliance, security controls and end-to-end solution delivery at Senior Manager level.

What you'll do

• Lead SAP Global Trade Services client engagements across blueprinting, gap analysis, design, testing, go-live, training, and postproduction support
• Advise client leadership on trade compliance, customs, and risk management process design aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Manage multiple solution workstreams across distributed teams, budgets, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations
• Direct solution architecture discussions and integration planning for end to end SAP Global Trade implementations
• Develop consulting level presentations, proposal content, and executive materials that explain architecture, scope, and delivery approach
• Coordinate the use of SAP enhancements, user exits, reports, transactions, BAPIs, scripts, and integration technologies
• Guide teams through issue resolution, delivery risks, and complex implementation decisions with sound judgment
• Validate business process designs and implementation outcomes against client requirements and compliance obligations
• Coach analysts, consultants, and solution architects while supporting performance feedback and career planning
• Apply knowledge of SAP S/4HANA international trade, logistics, procure to pay, and related trade control processes

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 12-16 years of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to enterprise system integration and platform delivery
• Demonstrated SAP GTS design, architecture, and solution integration leadership
• Experience managing multiple global trade implementation efforts across distributed teams
• Ability to craft executive-ready slides for RFPs, SoWs, and architecture reviews
• Applied SAP GTS compliance, customs, and risk management knowledge
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical client delivery plans
