Snowflake + SAP - Senior Manager

Overview

Lead Snowflake and SAP data engineering efforts within PwC's Data and Analytics Engineering practice, designing and delivering data pipelines, integration and transformation solutions for clients.

What you'll do

• Lead Snowflake and SAP data engineering workstreams for client delivery and modernization initiatives
• Design and implement data pipelines, integration flows, and transformation logic across cloud and enterprise platforms
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable data architecture, modeling, and warehouse solutions
• Guide teams through complex delivery efforts, resolving issues that affect timelines, quality, and adoption
• Review data quality, performance tuning, and troubleshoot pipelines, queries, and storage layers
• Apply Snowflake features, data warehouse design, and orchestration tools to improve processing and reporting
• Coordinate stakeholder discussions to validate solution direction, surface risks, and align priorities
• Coach team members on engineering methods, delivery planning, and technical problem-solving
• Advance modernization approaches that improve data accessibility, integration, and analytics readiness

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 12 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
• Demonstrating Snowflake data engineering across complex SAP environments
• Applying systems thinking to data modernization and transformation initiatives
• Crafting client-facing narratives from technical findings and data patterns
• Leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Coaching teams while navigating complex delivery challenges and decisions
