SAP Business process control - Senior Manager

Overview

Lead client-facing SAP compliance, security, and business process control work, helping organizations assess risks, strengthen controls, and support regulatory alignment.

What you'll do

• Lead SAP compliance and security advisory workstreams.
• Assess SAP processes, security controls, and governance requirements.
• Design remediation approaches for access controls, role design, and segregation of duties.
• Direct teams through control assessments, remediation planning, and issue resolution.
• Oversee SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions and control monitoring.
• Translate technical findings into client action plans and decision points.
• Coach team members on SAP compliance methods and documentation.

What you'll need

• At least 12 years of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions.
• Experience across auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements.
• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to enterprise system integration and platform delivery.
• Experience with SAP GRC or SAP security controls.
• Systems thinking applied to control design and remediation.
• Ability to connect business and technology impacts in client communications.
• Experience coaching teams through ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Experience validating outcomes through feedback, analysis, and follow-up.
