LLM Engineer - Pharma Life Sciences - Senior Manager

Overview

Lead the design and delivery of advanced data, analytics, machine learning and LLM solutions for pharma and life sciences clients. The role combines technical direction, client validation and team leadership.

What you'll do

• Lead advanced data solution design and development.
• Drive decision-making through analysis and statistical modeling.
• Develop data visualizations for complex business problems.
• Apply machine learning and AI techniques to data science workflows.
• Build data pipelines and confirm data quality and integrity.
• Manage and coach teams through ambiguous situations.
• Validate outcomes with clients and act on feedback.

What you'll need

• At least 12 years of experience.
• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Advanced skills in data science algorithms and workflows.
• Machine learning and deep learning experience.
• Experience with end-to-end infrastructure for AI model deployment in pharma.
• Experience with LLM frameworks, LLM Ops and RAG pipelines.

Nice to have

• Education in a listed field such as artificial intelligence, computer science, data science, engineering, machine learning, mathematics or statistics.
